I am writing to let you know that I recently refinanced my house through Americash. The loan officer who coordinated the process for me was James Mateer, and the processor was Aundra Thompson.

When I made it known through LendingTree that I wanted a refinance, I was contacted by several lenders seeking my business. Most of those seemed less than transparent on rates and costs, and a few were actually irritating in that they approached me with an “assumptive close” attitude. Mr. Mateer was none of those things. He laid everything out clearly from the beginning, and the loan went through just the way he explained that it would. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish, and I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Americash, and Mr. Mateer and Ms. Thompson are directly responsible. January 2011 – Actual customer reviews

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Andy Pasillas for all his help and great work in the successful completion of my refi.  It closed uneventfully and on time this past Monday.  He represents Americash very well and I hope he stays with the company.  I say that because I was in the executive recruiting business some years ago in the LA area.  I was pharmaceutical division president for John Kurosky & Associates in Orange County, and I recall that we had a very big recruiting business in mortgage banking consultant/reps.  This was during the time of one of the last great refi markets.  If someone had a good reputation we’d go after him/her relentlessly. I’m sure its happening now as well.  So take care of your high profile employees, like Andy.

Following is the review I wrote for Epinions.com and posted yesterday.  Thought you’d be interested.
“I used Americash several years ago for20an earlier refi, and was very satisfied.  So as interest rates hit record lows, I cold called their 800 number a month ago to inquire about their then current rates and Andy Pasillas picked up the phone.  Lucky me.  Andy was terrific.  It’s great to work with an experienced pro.  Through him I was able to lock in a very low rate (just before the rates spiked up) and he managed the process to closing and funding like the pro that he is.  As I said, I consider myself very fortunate to have gotten Andy on the phone that day because even though Americash is a well respected mortgage banker with a very sound reputation, I believe the most important part of the deal was having Andy Pasillas as my consultant/representative.  He delivered on every point and was a pleasure to work with.  You could sense that he knew what he was doing at every moment and was in complete control and had the confidence born of successful experience.  I’d work with Americash any time and would want to have Andy as my rep.  There’s no one better at making the right things happen.  He makes things simple, makes it look and feel easy (and I know it’s not easy) and keeps the process on track and, most importantly, on time.  It was a first rate experience.  Thank you Andy and thank you Americash.”

I want to express my deepest gratitude and satisfaction for a job well done by both Robert Maya, Loan Specialist and Tricia Dodge, Loan Processor…

My refinance was processed and funded as promised by Robert – on time and for the costs listed in the original Good Faith Estimate. My loan processing started on 3/11 and was funded and completed by 3/31.  I received a 4 3/8 15 year fixed loan for the cost of the appraisal and credit report. All other closing costs were credited to me at closing and were paid by Americash..

To accomplish this Robert worked as late as 9PM one evening receiving my signed documents. Tricia, once the loan request hit her desk, processed it quickly and professionally and kept me in the loop throughout the entire funding process. So those annoyances/snafus that often creep into the process were minimized and their impact reduced such that the entire loan process was completed in 15 working days (3 work weeks) – awesome…

Let me add, that I performed extensive research before deciding to go with Americash speaking with as many as 8 of your competitors. None of them was offering this low rate at these terms for this cost and they stated that AmreiCash also could not deliver these terms at this cost. They warned me that you were “scamming me” and that there was “no way” you could fund and deliver. Repeatedly, I was told you were going to increase the costs at the final closing/signing of the loan docs. I must admit that I was concerned given their repeated warnings. What gave me the confidence and fostered the trust allowing me to move forward with Americash was Robert’s personal commitment to perform as he promised… And both he and Tricia delivered.

With professional such as these, your organization will have continued success as evidenced by this very happy customer…

Last November I requested a quote from Americash on refinancing the mortgage on our primary home and our retirement/vacation home.  I was fortunate enough to work with Sr. Loan Officer, Kemo Smith.  Because we were refinancing two properties at the same time, and for various other reasons, it was a long and complicated process.  For the entire three plus months it took to finalize and close our loans, Kemo was professional, responsive, helpful, and thorough.  Once the loans left Kemo and went to processing, it was another story.  I had to continually call and email to follow up on outstanding items.  On several occasions I even resorted to contacting Kemo again, even though the files were out of his hands.  He followed through, at times acting as the go-between when I could not get a response from the Processing Dept. 
Though this letter is a little late in coming, I wanted to make sure that Kemo gets the credit he deserves for making these loans happen.

I just wanted to express my thought concerning one of your representatives Phil Simon, I had started a re-fi   with another firm and did not feel comfortable with the additional information they had started asking for. That is when I called Phil up based upon a previous conversation we had had. Phil had me answer some questions on the phone about the loan along with some personal information and we went from there.
 
Phil was knowledgeable and confident about the company and the entire re-fi process which gave me positive feeling also, Phil was not aggressive or pushy but was confident and easy to talk to.
Initially the company name Americash gave me some apprehension but that was quickly dispelled by Phil’s professionalism and business sense. A Pam Rooks was also very helpful throughout the process and kept me informed and in touch during the process. The Americash fees  (I think they were somewhat higher) but  were comparative with the other lenders   I would/will recommend Americash team to others especially Phil Simon.
